Will Goodwin from North Coast Football Named Newcastle Permanent Community Referee of the Month

Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) is pleased to announce Will Goodwin as North Coast Football Newcastle Permanent Referee of the Month for June 2019.

Will, from North Coast Football officiates matches for Newcastle Football and has shown true dedication and passion for the game giving players, coaches and spectators the best experience possible.

“Will has displayed all the attribures of not only a good Match Official but a good member of the Football Family,” NNSWF Senior Officer Community Football Ross Hicks commented.

“Refereeing is often a thankless task but I am very pleased to be able to thank and recognise the efforts of Amalia and look forward to seeing her progress as a Match Official into the future.”

Newcastle Permanent Coffs Harbour Branch Manager Erica Farag congratulates Will on becoming the recipient of the Newcastle Permanent Referee of the Month Award.

“Newcastle Permanent’s Referee of the Month award recognises referees and match officials across Northern NSW for their important role in community football,” Farag said.

“We hope these awards encourage greater respect and appreciation for the difficult job they have of ensuring a safe and fair playing environment for everyone.”

Will will receive a referee spray jacket, cap, water bottle and a referee card set to assist in fulfilling his valuable duties on and off the field.
