The NSW government today announced a one-week lockdown in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley due to the discovery of five COVID-19 cases.
This has no impact on community football in Coffs and Clarence.
The NSW Government at its news conference today did NOT mention Coffs Harbour.
There are:
- No confirmed cases in Coffs or Clarence
- No local exposure sites from the last three weeks
- No changes to government requirements on gathering and movement
Football training, playing and spectating continues as normal.
This weekend’s NPL Youth matches against Broadmeadow Magic in Coffs Harbour won’t proceed due to the lockdown in Newcastle.
