NORTH COAST FOOTBALL EMERGING SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAM (ESAP FORMERLY JDP) (BOYS AND GIRLS) TRIAL

May 2nd, 2019

The ESAP (formerley JDP) is the first step in the FFA talented player pathway. The focus in this program is the development of the technical skills essential for every player to succeed at the highest levels.

The 4 core skills that training is designed around are: Striking the Ball, 1st Touch, Running With the Ball and 1 v 1. These core skills will be the focus, however, the best guide to determine the success of player development is the game itself.

Every training day will include games with different objectives and challenges for all players in fun learning environment.

Boys born in 2010 and girls in 2009 and 2010 and wish to participate in the talented player pathway, now is your opportunity to register for the ESAP trail. Successful trialists will then start a 12 week program with further opportunities this program has to offer.

All Coaches will be FFA accredited and training will be overseen by local coach Co-ordinators and the NCF Technical Director.

The trial is FREE of charge. However if selected in the 12 week program, the cost will be $250.00 payable to NCF which includes a ball and training uniform.
