MiniRoos Development Officer to visit North Coast Football Region

Northern NSW Football’s (NNSWF) MiniRoos Development Officer, Alex Lowe, is travelling to the North Coast this week to deliver a number of ALDI MiniRoos activities.

The ALDI MiniRoos activities include delivering ALDI MiniRoos Certificate Courses and Match Day Visits.

The ALDI MiniRoos Certificate is a grassroots course for aspiring coaches, to coach teams in the ages between under 6 and under 9’s.

Lowe said the key focus points for this trip to the North Coast region are on the education of MiniRoos coaches, particularly at smaller community clubs who are still growing.

“Our aim is to ensure as many young footballers in the North Coast Football region are having fun playing the game that they love every weekend,” Lowe said.

Details of the events:
• Thursday 23/05 – ALDI MiniRoos Certificate at Scotts Head Sharks SC from 4:30 pm.
• Friday 24/05 – ALDI MiniRoos Certificate at Dorrigo SC from 5:00 pm.
• Saturday 25/05 – Match day visit to Sawtell FC (Toormina Ovals) with the ALDI MiniRoos Kicking Target from 9:00 am.
• Sunday 26/05 – Attending U10s/U11s Gala Day at Polwarth Drive (Coffs Coast Tigers FC) with the ALDI MiniRoos Kicking Target.
