Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) is pleased to announce Margaret Hope as North Coast Football’s Newcastle Permanent Volunteer of the Month for May 2019.
Margaret was nominated by Boambee FC for her ongoing commitment and dedication to football over a number of years of service and is the heart and soul of the club.
“Without volunteers such as Margaret our sport simply would not be in the position it currently enjoys.” NNSWF Senior Officer Community Football Ross Hicks commented.
“Margaret’s contribution to Boambee FC has been key to its ability to provide positive football experiences for all its members.
“I am pleased that NNSWF is able to thanks and recognise Margaret on behalf of the sport,”
Newcastle Permanent Coffs Harbour Branch Manager Erica Farag congratulates Margaret on becoming the recipient of the Newcastle Permanent Volunteer of the Month Award.
“Volunteers are the lifeblood of clubs and without their hard work games would not happen every weekend. Our thanks go to the thousands of volunteers across Northern NSW who give their time so generously and ensure players and spectators have a great experience on and off the field,” Farag said.
Margaret will receive a volunteer jacket and bag courtesy of Newcastle Permanent to assist them in continuing to fulfil their valuable role at the club.
