COVID-19 Safety Update, Monday, 9 August, 6 pm

COVID 19 SAFETY UPDATE

Issued: Monday, 9 August 2021, 6 pm

This note is to update everyone on who can and can’t participate in football at this time. When we say participate, that means to train, play, officiate or spectate.

The Coffs Harbour, Clarence Valley, Nambucca and Bellingen Shires remain unaffected at this time. There are:

  • No confirmed cases in these LGA
  • No new sewage detection in Coffs
  • No changes to public movement or gathering in the LGA

You are under a stay-at-home order if you have been in the following areas from a specific date:

  • Newcastle and Hunter Valley LGAs: On or after Saturday 31 January 2021. This is scheduled to be lifted at midnight this Thursday, 12 August 2021
  • Armidale LGA: On or after Friday, 29 July 2021. This is scheduled to be lifted at midnight on Saturday, 14 August 2021.
  • Tamworth LGA: On or after Thursday, 5 August 2021. This is scheduled to be lifted at midnight Monday, 16 August 2021.
  • Richmond Valley, Lismore and Ballina Shire: On or after Saturday, 31 July 2021. This is scheduled to be lifted at midnight Monday, 16 August 2021.

When you are out and about, please remember the basics:

  • Wear a mask when indoors (except home) or at staged outdoor events
  • Sign in and out of places with the QR code
  • Practise social distancing
  • Practise proper hygiene
