Ball Juggling










Today's players have to be exceptionally skilful and creative in their ball handling. Juggling exercises are excellent material for solo ball handling practice.

Practice Tips:

* Build juggling into team warm-up exercises. They are also perfect for active breaks between more intense activities.

* Make sure players have opportunities to succeed and regularly give players praise and recognition for their individual improvement and successes.

* For motivational purposes, try to organise juggling competitions during practice.

* Young players will need plenty of practice outside of regular team practice sessions. As a coach reinforce the importance of solo juggling practice.
